Overview

A website is never complete, whether its making SEO updates because of search engine algorithm changes, or keeping your website content up-to-date. Whatever recurring tasks you need done a maintenance plan can be created for it.

Non-Clients

If your website was not developed by Origin Web Studio we will need to discuss what you're looking to have us do. In addition we may require a site audit depending on that discussion.

Options

Fixed Tasks. This option sets up a recurring schedule for fixed monthly tasks (not including weekends, holidays or after hours).

Flex Tasks. This option provides you a pool of time you can use whenever during a given month, all requests are acted upon within 24 hours of being received (not including weekends, holidays or after hours).

Task priority. Through the client portal you can assign priority levels to each task.

Accountability. You can always view the status of tasks and notes about them in the client portal.

Cost

Fractional webmaster services start at $270 for three months of scheduled updates. Actual costs will vary depending on client needs and are based on hours reserved per month (minimum 1 hour) in addition to contract duration (minimum 3 months). There are three discount levels based on three, six and twelve month contracts.
